Blue Ridge Coffee House House Account Terms & Conditions

At Blue Ridge Coffee House, our House Account program is designed to make it easy for our neighbors and regular guests to enjoy their favorite drinks and treats without having to pull out their wallet each time. Please review the terms below before applying for an account.
1. Automatic Billing
Your saved credit or debit card on file will be automatically charged every two weeks (biweekly) for all purchases made to your House Account during that billing cycle.
2. Card Authorization
After you submit your application, you’ll receive a $1.00 Square verification invoice via email. This step securely stores your card on file. Be sure to check the box that says “Save my card on file with Blue Ridge Coffee House.” This $1.00 charge is for verification only and will be refunded directly to your card once verification is complete.
3. Authorized Users
You may list additional names on your account (family members, caregivers, etc.). All listed individuals are authorized to make purchases on your account, and the account holder is responsible for those charges.
4. Account Management
You may request your current balance, transaction history, or account update at any time by emailing info@blueridgecoffeehouse.com. You may also request to close your account or update your payment card at any time.
5. Declined or Late Payments
If your stored card is declined or payment is not processed successfully, your account may be temporarily paused until the balance is cleared. You’ll receive an email notification if this occurs.
6. Program Changes or Termination
Blue Ridge Coffee House reserves the right to adjust program terms or billing frequency at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
